Terms of Service
Last updated: May 1, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of BidHub's websites, browser extension, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who We Are
BidHub provides software and workflow tools designed to help users manage job-search activity, organize profiles, collaborate with assistants, and complete online job applications more efficiently.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, installing the BidHub extension, purchasing paid features, connecting a third-party account, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
If you use the Services on behalf of an organization or another person, you represent that you are authorized to do so and that you have authority to bind that party to these Terms.
3. Eligibility and Accounts
- You must provide accurate account and profile information and keep it reasonably up to date.
- You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You may not share access in a way that bypasses the access controls, permissions, or intended use of the Services.
4. Your Use of the Services
Subject to these Terms, BidHub grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Services for your internal, personal, or authorized business use.
You agree to use the Services only in a lawful, authorized, and good-faith manner. You remain responsible for the applications, profile data, answers, documents, and instructions you choose to submit or act on through the Services.
5. AI-Assisted and Workflow Features
- BidHub may generate suggestions, drafts, autofill values, rankings, or workflow guidance using rules-based systems, AI systems, or a combination of both.
- AI-generated or assisted outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or not suitable for your specific situation. You are responsible for reviewing and approving outputs before relying on or submitting them.
- BidHub helps organize and accelerate job-application activity, but we do not guarantee interviews, offers, employment outcomes, response rates, or specific performance results.
6. Optional Third-Party Connections
Some features allow you to connect third-party services such as Gmail, Outlook, job platforms, or payment providers. Those connections are optional and remain subject to the third party's own terms, privacy practices, and service availability.
- You may connect only accounts, mailboxes, documents, and data sources that you own or are authorized to use.
- BidHub is not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, access revocations, interface changes, or decisions made by those providers.
7. Payments, Credits, and Paid Features
Some BidHub features require payment, credits, or other usage-based billing. Pricing, billing triggers, included quantities, and feature availability are shown in the product, on public pricing pages, or during checkout.
- You authorize BidHub and its payment providers to process charges for the paid features you choose to use.
- Usage-based deductions may occur when a paid action is requested, initiated, completed, approved, or otherwise consumed, depending on the feature and the billing rules displayed for that feature.
- Except where expressly stated in-product, required by law, or determined by BidHub in its discretion for service-quality or support reasons, payments and credit deductions are non-refundable.
- We may change pricing or packaging prospectively. Any updated pricing will apply to future purchases or future use after the updated pricing becomes effective.
8. User Content and Permissions
You retain your rights in the information, documents, prompts, answers, resumes, cover letters, and other content you submit to BidHub ("User Content").
You grant BidHub a limited license to host, store, process, transmit, and use User Content as needed to operate, secure, improve, and support the Services and the features you choose to enable.
You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to provide User Content to BidHub and to authorize the actions you request through the Services.
9. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Services to:
- Violate any law, regulation, contract, or third-party right.
- Misrepresent your identity, qualifications, employment history, or authorization to apply for opportunities.
- Circumvent rate limits, access controls, security measures, or usage restrictions.
- Interfere with the Services, scrape the Services in an unauthorized way, reverse engineer protected functionality, or use the Services to build a competing product using prohibited methods.
- Submit malicious code, spam, abusive content, or instructions intended to cause harm, evade safeguards, or exploit third-party systems.
10. Intellectual Property
The Services, including their software, design, branding, interfaces, workflows, and underlying technology, are owned by BidHub or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Except for the limited usage rights expressly granted in these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.
11. Service Availability and Changes
We are continually improving the Services and may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features, integrations, pricing, or eligibility requirements at any time.
We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available, error free, or compatible with every browser, device, extension environment, job platform, or third-party provider.
12. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to some or all of the Services if we believe you have violated these Terms, created security or legal risk, failed to pay required fees, or used the Services in a way that could harm BidHub, users, partners, or third parties.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including payment obligations, intellectual-property protections, disclaimers, liability limitations, and dispute-related provisions, will survive.
13. Disclaimers
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. BidHub disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BidHub and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, goodwill, data, business opportunities, or employment opportunities arising out of or related to the Services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BidHub's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to BidHub for the specific paid feature giving rise to the claim during the 12 months before the event giving rise to liability, or one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100), whichever is greater.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and revise the "Last updated" date. By continuing to use the Services after updated Terms become effective, you agree to the revised Terms.
